Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping, payroll, or tax processing.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Gusto.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile bank and credit card transactions.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and deliver financial statements to clients.
• Train clients on QuickBooks and share bookkeeping best practices as needed.
• Act as primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Answer client inquiries related to financial transactions, payroll issues, and compliance requirements.
