Job summary

415 Group is seeking a Client Accounting Supervisor to join our Canton, OH hybrid team. You will manage multiple client engagements, produce monthly financial statements, and provide proactive advisory insights.

This full-time role offers growth, collaboration, and opportunities to improve processes, mentor junior staff, and expand client relationships while delivering high-quality accounting services.

Qualifications

5+ years of accounting or full-charge bookkeeping experience.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
Experience in public accounting or client advisory services is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and support client engagements to deliver timely, accurate monthly financials.
Review and/or prepare general ledger activity and trial balances.
Prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
Prepare monthly management reporting packages.
Assist clients with budgeting and financial planning.
Train, mentor, and support associates and senior associates.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, technology usage, and client processes.
