Job summary

Supporting Strategies is a 100% remote organization seeking a Client Account Associate to support a portfolio of clients. You will handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, communicate with clients on assigned items, and ensure work is accurate and timely while collaborating with teammates.

You will work closely with a Portfolio Manager, bring strong attention to detail, and contribute to a smooth, reliable client experience from home.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline required.
• At least five (5) years’ practical bookkeeping/accounting experience required.
• Experience using QuickBooks and/or similar cloud-based accounting software for/in a professional organization.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks for a portfolio of clients.
• Communicate directly with clients on assigned items and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Manager and teammates to stay aligned on priorities and address issues.
• Support a smooth and reliable client experience from home.
