Jackson Hewitt - FRW seeks a seasonal Client Support Associate to be the friendly, on-site face for clients visiting our offices. You will confirm appointments, engage with customers, and support recruitment and outreach at local shops and events.

Qualificações

• Experience delivering high-quality customer service in fast-paced environments.

What you need

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot
• Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred, but not required
• Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role
