Job summary

Jackson Hewitt in the United States seeks a Seasonal Client Support Associate to greet clients, assist with services, and help manage appointments. You will visit local shops and events to drive brand awareness, recruit new talent, and expand our reach through local market knowledge and social media outreach.

As the friendly face for our offices, you will confirm appointments, follow up with past and potential clients, distribute marketing materials, and keep clients engaged while they wait.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
• Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role.

Responsibilities

• Visit local shops, events and community locations to drive brand awareness and recruit new talent.
• Leverage local market knowledge and social media to expand reach and build a strong talent pipeline.
• Act as the friendly face for clients visiting our offices and assist with services.
