Job summary

Jackson Hewitt - ERY is seeking a Seasonal Client Support Associate to actively engage with clients at offices and community locations to ensure excellent service.

You will confirm appointments, follow up with clients, distribute marketing materials, and help keep clients engaged during waits while contributing to a strong local talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
• Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role.

Responsibilities

• Frequently visit local shops, events and community locations to drive brand awareness and recruit talent.
• Engage with clients, confirm appointments, and follow up with past and potential clients.
• Distribute marketing materials and keep clients engaged during wait times.
• Support clients and provide essential assistance to ensure a positive journey with Jackson Hewitt - ERY.
