Jackson Hewitt - FRW is seeking a Seasonal Client Support Associate in San Antonio, TX to greet clients, assist with appointments, and deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will engage with local shops and community locations to expand brand awareness, recruit talent, and build a strong client pipeline. Training is provided and schedules are flexible to accommodate part-time and full-time options.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
• Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients, confirm appointments, follow up with past and potential clients, and distribute marketing materials.
