Jackson Hewitt - ERY is seeking a Seasonal Client Support Associate to be the friendly face for visitors to our offices. You will engage with clients, confirm appointments, distribute marketing materials, and support brand awareness in local communities.

The role offers opportunities to advance, flexible scheduling, and ongoing training. The position emphasizes strong communication, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to thrive in a retail-like environment while building a talent

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
• Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role.

Responsibilities

• Visit local shops, events, and community locations to drive brand awareness and actively recruit new talent.
• Leverage local market knowledge and social media to expand reach and build a strong talent pipeline.
• Actively engage with clients, confirm appointments, follow up with past and potential clients, distribute marketing materials, and keep clients engaged during wait times.
• Join as a boots-on-the-ground ambassador to be the friendly face for all visitors and provide essential support.
