Jackson Hewitt is seeking a Seasonal Client Support Associate to represent our brand in local shops and events, delivering friendly service and building strong client relationships in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will engage with clients, confirm appointments, distribute marketing materials, and help keep clients engaged during wait times while supporting recruitment of new talent. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement accompany a range of benefits and paid training.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
• Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred, but not required.
