You will confirm appointments, follow up with past and potential clients, and help maintain smooth operations during busy periods.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.

• Follow up with leads and appointments.
• Make outbound calls to prior-year clients.
• Coordinate and manage client appointments to optimize scheduling timelines and traffic flow.
• Support local marketing and community outreach events.
• Generate referrals from existing clients.
