Jackson Hewitt - EKO is seeking a Seasonal Client Support Associate to greet guests at our offices, drive brand awareness in local shops and events, and help recruit new talent. You will engage with clients, confirm appointments, distribute marketing materials, and keep visitors engaged while they wait.

No experience required; training provided; all backgrounds welcomed. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement are available.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
• Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role.
• Follow up with leads and appointments.
• Make outbound calls to prior-year clients.
• Contact and convert online and virtual students.
• Coordinate and manage client appointments to optimize scheduling timelines and traffic flow.
• Support local marketing and community outreach events.
• Generate referrals from existing clients.
• Assist with client check-in and office traffic management.
• Follow up with prospects and unfinished returns.
• Enhance peak-season operations to maximize workplace productivity.
