Job summary

Jackson Hewitt - ETF is seeking a Seasonal Client Support Associate to warmly welcome clients, confirm appointments, follow up with prospects, and share marketing materials to keep clients engaged during wait times. This role focuses on delivering excellent service in a friendly, customer-focused environment.

As an on-site ambassador, you will visit local shops and community events to raise brand awareness, recruit talent, and grow a local talent pipeline using your market knowledge and social
