Job summary

ADP is seeking a Client Service Team Lead to guide daily operations and develop a high-performing team. The role focuses on delivering excellent payroll-related client service, coaching team members, and maintaining productive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience.
• Experience leading a team preferred.
• Certifications: FPC or CPP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a resource for team members based on team responsibilities and individual training needs.
• Lead daily activities of the team to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
• Call quality monitoring of associate/client interactions.
• Train and mentor team members; coordinate additional training as needed with leadership support and provide feedback on performance.
• Serve as backup to the Team Manager to provide guidance in the manager's absence.
• Prioritize critical issues and provide technical support to ensure timely and effective client service.
• Provide first level client escalation for payroll processing issues and develop action plans for resolution.
• Provide feedback to associates on opportunities to improve client services.
• Analyze team statistics and prepare reports.
• Participate in task forces and cross-unit collaborations.
