Job summary

ADP, Inc. seeks a Team Lead to guide a payroll team and provide exceptional client service. Under the guidance of the Client Service Manager, you will influence deliverables, coach staff, and help ensure accurate payroll processing and stellar service to clients.

We value clear communication, relationship building, and the ability to lead in a client-facing environment. A college degree is not required; 3–5 years of customer service or HRIS experience with payroll is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a customer service environment or HRIS practitioner with systems experience.
• Experience with payroll processing and client service delivery is preferred.
• College degree is great but not required; relevant experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage the payroll team's workflow toward successful service delivery for clients.
• Make decisions with understanding of client payroll processing and daily checks for accuracy.
• Ensure daily and weekly tasks are completed to execute the payroll cycle.
• Influence task deliverables for team members without direct reporting relationships.
• Coach Payroll Specialists on job requirements, product functionality and service delivery.
