Job summary

ADP is seeking a Client Service Team Lead to empower our customer support team and drive payroll excellence. You will oversee daily activities, mentor teammates, and collaborate with the Team Manager to set direction and ensure productive, high‑quality service for clients.

This role emphasizes leadership, client focus, and problem solving, with opportunities to influence cross‑functional initiatives and contribute to ADP’s culture of inclusion and service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience
• A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job.
• Military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities of the team to ensure quality and timely work.
• Serve as a resource for team members and mentor on training needs.
• Provide first level client escalation and guide payroll processing.
• Analyze team statistics and prepare reports.
• Support Team Manager in setting direction when absent.
• Collaborate with other business units on strategic initiatives.
