AMG & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Client Support Specialist in the United States to deliver professional client assistance, resolve inquiries, and ensure a positive service experience. You will be the main contact for navigating products, services, and account-related requests.

The ideal candidate is patient, organized, and solutions-minded, able to manage multiple requests, document interactions in CRM, follow service standards, and contribute to customer satisfaction and ongoing improvements.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service or client support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and professional communication with diverse clients.
• Effective problem-solving, critical-thinking, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic proficiency with email, office tools, and CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with team members.
• Customer-first mindset and commitment to reliable service.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, live chat, and other channels.
• Provide accurate information on products, services, and policies.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolutions within service guidelines.
• Document interactions, requests, complaints, and resolutions in CRM.
• Assist with account setup, service requests, and product navigation.
• Monitor outstanding requests and follow up for timely resolution.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal departments.
• Maintain professional and empathetic communication throughout the process.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and technical teams to meet client needs.
• Maintain records of communications and feedback.
