Job description

University Physicians' Association, Inc. is looking for a full-time Client Success Supervisor in the corporate billing offices located in West Knoxville.

Job Type: Full-Time, Monday through Friday

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

This description is a general statement of required major duties and responsibilities performed on a regular and continuous basis. It does not exclude other duties as assigned.

1. Exercise administrative judgment and assume responsibility for decisions, consequences and results having an impact on people, costs and/or quality of service.
2. Responsible for the overall operations of the team including time off requests and approvals.
3. Ensure work is being completed according to prompt standards established.
4. Implement and enforce policies and procedures set by management.
5. Give positive and constructive feedback to team members of their performance.
6. Relate and adapt communication styles based upon team members.
7. Ensure communications are proper and professional.
8. Available to team members on a routine scheduled basis for questions and guidance. Time sensitive items may require immediate attention.
9. Engage with team members on a regular basis.
10. Use resources effectively to meet department goals.
11. Set themselves apart to be seen and respected as a leader.
12. Maintain an advanced knowledge base to aid in problem solving.
