Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, account coordination, or client services.
• Strong customer service and relationship-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Support growth of existing accounts by identifying staffing opportunities.
• Communicate and delegate client orders to recruitment teams.
• Monitor recruitment activity and provide updates on open requisitions.
• Prepare internal/external reports for stakeholders.
• Complete weekly and monthly forecasting for accounts.
