Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent in work experience.
• Proven experience in account management or customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.
