Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting seeks a Client Success Representative in a dynamic property services setting in the United States. • 1-3 years of experience in account management or customer-facing roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, personable approach.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for approximately 10-30 clients, building and maintaining relationships.
• Coordinate landscaping, property maintenance, snow removal, cleaning, handyman services and other client projects.
• Collaborate with field supervisors, crews, vendors and subcontractors to schedule and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Prepare and present estimates, proposals and service updates to clients and identify opportunities to expand services.
• Maintain accurate client records, service documentation, budgets and work tickets.
• Proactively address client concerns and develop solutions to ensure satisfaction.
