Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting seeks a Client Success Representative in a dynamic property services setting in the United States. Client Success Representative

A growing property services organization is seeking a personable, organized Client Success Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of residential and commercial clients. This role offers the chance to build meaningful relationships while coordinating diverse property services in an engaging outdoor environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in account management, customer service, property management, landscaping, horticulture, construction, hospitality, or related fields
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, personable approach
• Valid driver's license
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Comfortable working outdoors and adapting to weather conditions
• Familiarity with CRM systems and client management technology is a plus

Preferred Background & Skills

• Knowledge of landscaping, horticulture, or snow services
• Experience in luxury hospitality or high-end customer service
• Exposure to construction, project coordination, or property management
• Bilingual skills, especially Spanish, are desirable
