Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a Client Success Representative for a growing property services organization. You will serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of residential and commercial clients, coordinating landscaping, maintenance, snow removal, cleaning, handyman services, and other projects in an active outdoor setting.

Competenze

• 1–3 years of experience in account management, customer service, property management, landscaping, horticulture, construction, hospitality, or related fields
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, personable approach
• Valid driver's license
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Comfortable working outdoors and adapting to weather conditions
• Familiarity with CRM systems and client management technology is a plus

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary contact for approximately 10–30 residential and commercial clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
• Coordinate landscaping, property maintenance, snow removal, cleaning, handyman services, and other client projects
• Collaborate closely with field supervisors, crews, vendors, and subcontractors to schedule and ensure high-quality service delivery
• Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and service updates to clients while identifying opportunities to expand services
• Maintain accurate client records, service documentation, budgets, and work tickets
• Proactively address client concerns, develop solutions, and ensure satisfaction with all services provided
