The role involves coordinating with Territory Managers and internal teams to ensure order accuracy, timely responses, and a positive customer experience across lifecycle stages.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service or account management.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Experience with dealers, distributors, or B2B customers (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned customers throughout project lifecycle.
• Manage customer orders, revisions, and related communications with accuracy.
• Navigate products, processes, and resources, providing knowledgeable support.
• Partner with Territory Managers and internal teams to support customer success.
• Coordinate across Sales, Manufacturing, Service, Finance and other internal teams to support customer needs.
