This onsite role manages daily tasks of client projects in a SaaS-based production environment, coordinating across internal teams to ensure accuracy from setup through billing. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of B2B account management experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B account management, client implementation or related industry experience.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to grasp and explain technical concepts with ease.
• Excellent business writing and communication skills with attention to detail for professional client communication.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and client needs efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Client Success: Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams to ensure needs are understood and met.
• Project Management: Oversee client implementations, manage daily tasks for accounts, and monitor production workflows.
• Technical Expertise: Help clients understand print, mail, and online presentment specs and document solutions for client specs.
• Data & Reporting: Ensure accurate client billing and generate client reports.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
