Financial Statement Services, Inc. (FSSI) is seeking a Software Engineer to join our Application Development team at one of our East Coast facilities, Orlando, FL or Lincoln, RI.

You will help develop and maintain production applications, web solutions, APIs, and templates used for client document output across print and electronic channels. You will work with .NET technologies, cloud services, and DevOps practices, contributing to secure coding standards while supporting CI/CD, testing, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of software engineering, full stack development, API development, or document composition experience.
• Strong foundation in C#, .NET Core / ASP.NET Core and MVC concepts.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, SQL Server, and ORM like EF Core.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project requests and identify required updates to applications or templates.
• Lead discussions with stakeholders to design robust applications and templates for production workflows.
• Develop, update, and maintain C# applications using .NET/.NET Core and ASP.NET Core.
• Design, develop, and troubleshoot RESTful APIs and integrations.
• Work with SQL Server, write queries, and manage data access via EF Core or ORM.
