• Salesforce experience is mandatory.
• Calendar management and coordinating complex travel logistics.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion.

Responsabilidades

• Managing calendars and complex work plans.
• Preparing client-facing materials such as graphical presentations and confidential memos.
• Coordinating meeting logistics including venues, catering, AV, and travel.
• Maintaining Salesforce database and files.
• Overseeing all client closing activities.
