Qualifications

• Prior experience with warehouse technology as well as MS Office (MS Suite).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage client requests with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships with assigned accounts.
• Manage tasks such as order changes, backorders, order downloads, inventory management, and shipment issues between Symbia and clients.
• Enter orders into the Symbia operating system as required by the client.
• Prepare activity reports as required by management and each client.
• Communicate promptly and accurately to all client requests with a sense of urgency.
