Job summary

Symbia Logistics LLC is seeking a Client Services Representative to act as the main liaison between clients and our Operations team. You will build and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts, handling order changes, backorders, inventory, and shipment issues while entering orders into our system.

The ideal candidate will have a Warehouse, Logistics, or 3PL background, with excellent communication and organizational skills to support client growth and internal development at Symbia.

Qualifications

• Warehouse, logistics or 3PL experience is preferred.
• Strong communication abilities and organizational skills are required.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Be the main liaison between clients and Operations.
• Maintain strong client relationships with assigned accounts.
• Handle order changes, backorders, downloads, inventory, and shipment issues.
• Enter client orders into the Symbia operating system.
• Prepare activity reports for management and clients.
• Respond promptly to client requests with urgency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage tasks such as order changes, backorders, order downloads, inventory management, and shipment issues between Symbia and assigned clients.
• Enter orders into the Symbia operating system as required by the client.
• Prepare activity reports as required by managements and each client.
• Communicate promptly and accurately to all client requests while exhibiting a sense of urgency.
• Other duties as assigned.
