Metergy Solutions, LLC is hiring a Client Success Specialist to maintain strong client relationships by quickly addressing inquiries and requests. The role offers growth toward Client Success Management and related paths.

You will collaborate with Metergy Client Managers and other internal teams, supporting enrollment, billing, and outreach initiatives, while ensuring high-quality service to building owners and property managers.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience in utility metering or billing.
• Excellent planning, organization, and communication skills to present information to internal and external teams.
• New grads are welcome to apply!
• Direct B2B client interaction experience is a strong asset.
• Ability to work independently within compressed timelines.
• Strong decision making and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and respond to inquiries promptly and thoughtfully.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support enrollment or billing activities.
• Analyze and audit data to resolve client inquiries using technical or non-technical resources.
• Produce reports related to enrollments, consumption, billing, and remittances as required.
• Participate in outreach programs and client communications to enhance program delivery.
