Metergy Solutions, LLC., a leader in submetering, seeks a Client Success Specialist in New York to maintain strong client relationships and respond promptly to inquiries. You will work with Metergy Client Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless enrollment and billing processes.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience in utility metering or billing is preferred.
• Direct B2B client interaction experience is a strong asset.
• Excellent planning, organization, and communication skills to present information to internal and external teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with Salesforce.
• Ability to work independently within compressed timelines and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support building owners and Property Managers in partnership with Metergy Client Managers.
• Build productive relationships as a trusted partner with stakeholders internal and external.
• Screen and resolve client inquiries at first level and summarize inquiries for escalation.
• Obtain and relay documentation related to inquiries to guide enrollment or billing activities.
• Participate in outreach programs and client communications to improve program delivery.
• Provide training support for enrollment or billing activities as required.
• Represent Metergy in meetings and provide education to stakeholders as requested.
• Analyze and audit data to resolve typical inquiries using technical or non-technical resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain outreach program procedures.
