Job summary

Metergy Solutions is seeking a Client Success Manager in Exton, PA with travel to NYC. You will manage end-to-end post-sale client experience for landlords and property managers, collaborating across Sales, Onboarding, Billing, and Field Services.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in B2B customer service, strong executive presence, and proficient MS Office and CRM skills. This role offers a base, bonus, and comprehensive benefits, with flexibility in schedule for travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a business‑to‑business customer service role.
• Strong executive presence and professional communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office; CRM experience is a plus (Salesforce, CC&B).

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end post-sale client experience for property managers and ownership stakeholders.
• Partner with Sales during late-stage deals to ensure smooth handoffs and set expectations.
• Collaborate with Onboarding to support implementations and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with Field Services and Billing on site visits, billing needs, and issue resolution.
• Provide timely responses to client inquiries across internal teams.
• Develop success plans with objectives, timelines, stakeholders, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead regular client touchpoints and executive reviews with day‑to‑day contacts and leadership.
• Monitor client health and identify risks to retention and opportunities for expansion.
• Elevate expansion opportunities with Sales and prepare clients for growth discussions.
