Metergy Solutions, LLC, a leading submetering provider in North America, is hiring a Client Success Specialist in New York. You will nurture ongoing client relationships, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with Metergy Client Managers to ensure accurate and timely service delivery.

Qualifications

• This position requires an outgoing, highly motivated, service-oriented self-starter.
• New Grads are welcome to apply; prior B2B client interaction is a strong asset.
• Excellent planning, organization and communication skills, written and verbal.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with Salesforce.
• Ability to work independently within compressed timelines and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Support building owners and Property Managers in partnership with Metergy Client Managers.
• Establish productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders as a trusted partner.
• Screen and resolve client inquiries at first level and document outcomes.
• Summarize inquiries for Client Managers to support timely resolution.
• Gather required documentation and communicate updates to stakeholders and teams.
• Assist in outreach programs and client communications to enhance delivery.
• Provide supplemental training to support enrollment or billing activities.
