Job summary

Alta Warehousing & Logistics is seeking a Client Service Representative in Redlands, CA to ensure precise and timely communication with clients and guarantees that orders are received, allocated, scheduled, routed, labeled, and shipped in line with client requirements and contracts.

The CSR will handle general office duties, manage client information using WMS and Microsoft Office, and provide shipping and tracking information.

Qualifications

• All candidates must be at least 18 years of age and have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of dedicated CSR experience in 3PL is required.
• Excellent communication, attendance, and punctuality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Process client orders in accordance with client specifications.
• Provide shipping and tracking information to clients as required.
• Maintain positive client relationships and address inquiries or complaints.
• Act as liaison between the warehouse and client in administering client accounts.
• Manage client information using WMS and the Microsoft Office suite.
