Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, live chat and other channels.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and accounts.
• Troubleshoot client issues and coordinate resolutions within service guidelines.
• Document interactions and resolutions in CRM.
• Assist with account setup, service requests, navigation, and admin tasks.
• Monitor outstanding requests and follow up for timely closure.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments.
• Maintain professional, empathetic communication throughout the support process.
• Identify recurring concerns and suggest improvements to procedures.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, technical support, and account teams.
• Maintain records of communications and feedback.
• Explain available services and resources to clients.
• Adhere to service standards and data-handling policies.
• Contribute to client satisfaction, retention, and service improvements.
• Meet performance KPIs for response times and resolutions.
