Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Customer Success/Account Manager to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth for an assigned portfolio in the Chesapeake, VA area. You will manage account plans, service delivery, and budgets while coordinating with service resources to ensure profitability and timely quotes.

You will respond to inquiries within 24 hours, visit client sites, and pursue new opportunities, renewals, and AR follow-ups.

Qualifications

Customer service experience is a plus.
Ability to handle high-stress situations effectively.
Strong in-person, phone and written communication.

Responsibilities

Own customer satisfaction, retention, and growth for assigned portfolio.
Drive account management process including profiles, strategies, service delivery plans, and budgets.
Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours and communicate issues to the team.
Visit customers’ sites to verify work is executed properly and identify sales opportunities.
Coordinate with Service Resource Coordinators to align schedules, parts, and materials.
Support proposals and quick quotes, collaborate with the estimating team.
Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on payments.
Lead and participate in meetings and trainings as required.
Prepare reports and maintain accurate records.
