Job summary

NCSL International in Chesapeake, VA seeks an Account Manager to act as the liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring timely delivery of CalCloud solutions and related services aligned with customer needs and company processes.

You will manage customer tiers, assist via email/phone/video/in-person, promote the value proposition, onboard clients to CalCloud, and collaborate with management to meet monthly goals while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Associates degree and at least 2+ yrs. work experience in account management and customer service
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery
• Assist customers via email, phone, video conference and in-person meetings
• Build long-term client relationships and communicate the value proposition
• Manage CalCloud onboarding and customer adoption
• Support Tier 1 customers with the Account Management Supervisor
