Job summary

Transaction Network Services (TNS) seeks a Service Delivery Manager in New York to lead client engagements, oversee daily operations, performance, and reporting to ensure exceptional value and retention.

Build strong relationships across client teams and internal groups, monitor metrics, drive improvements, and act as a trusted advisor to deliver measurable outcomes while expanding partnerships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in service delivery or related client-facing role within financial services, fintech or technology.
• Demonstrated customer-first mindset with focus on delivering exceptional client outcomes.
• Strong relationship management and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive in solving problems and expanding knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage client engagements throughout the service delivery lifecycle, ensuring a positive client experience.
• Foster relationships with clients at all levels, including senior decision-makers.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and operational performance per standards and procedures.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on service delivery metrics to drive improvements and satisfaction.
• Coordinate and support resolution of client inquiries, issues, and projects.
• Understand client objectives to deliver maximum value and product requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve service, increase product adoption, and reduce downtime.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Support to demonstrate value and grow partnerships.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends and product enhancements to support client needs.
• Capture client feedback to drive operational improvements and inform product roadmaps.
• Act as a trusted advisor to promote long-term partnership and success.
