Job summary

Transaction Network Services (TNS) is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead daily client engagements with financial services clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery, performance metrics, and governance.

You will build strong relationships from end users to executives, collaborating with Sales, Product and Support to drive adoption, capture feedback, and deliver measurable value for client success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in service delivery or related client-facing role in financial services/fintech/tech.
• Customer-first mindset with passion for delivering outcomes.
• Strong relationship management with stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common business productivity tools.
• PMI/PRINCE2/Agile or equivalent project management certification is desirable.
• Experience leading client-facing projects or service delivery initiatives in financial services/tech.

Responsibilities

• Manage client engagements across the service delivery lifecycle.
• Foster relationships with clients at all levels, from users to executives.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and operational performance to standards.
• Monitor, analyze and report on service delivery metrics for improvement.
• Coordinate and support resolution of client inquiries and delivery projects.
• Understand client objectives and product requirements to deliver value.
• Identify opportunities to improve service, adoption, and client experience.
• Partner with Sales, Product and Support to demonstrate value and growth.
• Maintain understanding of industry trends, financial markets and product enhancements.
• Capture and advocate for client feedback to drive improvements.
• Act as a trusted advisor promoting long-term partnership, retention and success.
