Job summary

Transaction Network Services (TNS) is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead client engagements, oversee daily customer success, and drive measurable value for financial services clients.

You will manage relationships across levels, ensure high-quality service delivery, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support to identify growth opportunities while staying informed on market trends and product enhancements.

Qualifications

• Experience in service delivery, client success, account management, or PM within financial services, fintech, or technology industries.
• 2+ years in a client-facing role such as service delivery, account management, or project management.
• Strong relationship management skills, capable of engaging senior decision-makers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage client engagements across the service delivery lifecycle to ensure a positive experience.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels, from users to executives.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and meet established standards and metrics.
• Monitor, analyze, and report service delivery metrics to drive improvements.
• Coordinate and support issue resolution and delivery-related projects.
• Understand client objectives to deliver maximum value and align with product needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve service, adoption, and reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Support to demonstrate value and growth opportunities.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product enhancements relevant to clients.
• Capture client feedback to drive operational improvements and future development.
