Job summary

Moxie Pest Control is seeking a New Services Scheduling Expert to coordinate the New Services Inspection program and support field teams and customers from the call center. You will handle scheduling, inquiries, and operational tasks that uphold our service standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior customer service experience is preferred (call center, hospitality, service industry).
• Basic understanding of G-Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Become an expert at PestRoutes CRM.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Driven and ambitious with a strong desire to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Dial out on 150+ customer accounts.
• Schedule inspections daily.
• Be logged into the telephony system and maintain occupancy of +75%.
• Maintain a CSAT score of 4.5+.
• Assist inbound customer inquiries as needed.
• Manage all assigned tasks & alerts within our CRM and communication tools.
• Attend and participate in Call Center training and meetings.
• Respond to SMS, Email, and Voicemails from customers.
• Other duties as assigned
