Job summary

Moxie Pest Control in Irving, TX is seeking an Inside Sales Expert who thrives on helping customers and solving problems. You will turn inquiries into loyal fans and support field experts with timely communications.

This role requires a high school diploma, onsite commute to Irving five days a week, and strong communication skills. Experience in customer service and comfort with Google Docs, Sheets, Slides are a plus as you grow with a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Must be able to commute onsite to Irving office five days a week.
• Previous customer service experience (call center, hospitality, retail, etc. is a bonus).
• Solid communication and people skills—clear and positive communication.
• Tech comfort: proficient with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
• Proactive mindset and desire to grow with a fast-growing company.

Responsibilities

• Keep things organized with accurate data entry in our CRM system (PestRoutes)
• Look for opportunities to improve our customer journey and share your ideas
• Tackle other fun and meaningful projects as they come!

What You Bring To The Table

• A high school diploma (or equivalent)
• Ability to commute onsite to Irving office 5 days a week
• Previous customer service experience (call center, hospitality, retail, etc. is a bonus!)
