Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, inside sales, or manufacturing support.
• Experience in manufacturing environments preferred.
• Strong quoting, order entry, and production scheduling knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, ERP systems, and CRM software.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for orders, deviations, delivery schedules, quality concerns, and general inquiries.
• Set up new customers, process sales orders, and enter shop orders into the ERP system.
• Monitor production status and provide customers and internal teams with updates on delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Engineering, and Production to establish shipment dates and resolve issues.
• Manage customer complaints and coordinate resolution of quality issues and RMAs.
• Maintain customer stocking programs and support customer forecasting requirements.
• Own and maintain the quote process and prepare quotations with Engineering and Operations.
• Follow up on requotes and coordinate new opportunities with the Sales Manager.
• Support the Sales Manager with new account development and lead generation activities.
• Assist with maintaining CRM activity and pipeline tracking.
• Assist with customer compliance requirements (IMDS, REACH, RoHS).
• Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, and Engineering to fulfill orders smoothly.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and cross-functional tasks.
