Job summary

Human Interest Inc. is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to own the customer experience across assigned accounts, collaborating with implementation, sales, and support teams to resolve questions and optimize plans. You will serve as the voice of the customer and ensure timely, proactive engagement.

You will manage plan design support, IRS/DOL compliance, and annual testing while maintaining up-to-date ERISA knowledge, partnering to deliver accurate valuations and reporting for plan sponsors.

Qualifications

• Must have solid experience in plan administration and customer-focused support.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail to ensure accurate results.
• Strong communication skills and able to work autonomously in a fast-growing startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for plan sponsors in your book of accounts.
• Deliver timely, superior service including issue resolution and proactive communication.
• Coordinate with implementation, sales, and support to meet customer goals and regulatory requirements.
• Provide compliant valuation reports, participant statements, trust accounting, and annual testing as applicable.
• Identify customer needs and share insights with marketing and product teams.
