The Client Success Representative will be primarily responsible for delivering best-in-class support to a rapidly growing set of university partners. This role involves accelerating product adoption by external clients, mainly within athletic departments, and shaping the strategic vision of our solutions by representing the end user's voice.

This client-facing role interacts with both internal and external users. The Client Success Representative will report to the Client Success Manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound calls and support tickets from clients and customers.
  • Respond promptly to all client requests.
  • Manage relationships with CLC clients and platform users, acting as a product expert and technical resource, including data collection and system demonstrations.
  • Utilize client and stakeholder feedback to enhance product offerings and support.
  • Ensure successful user experiences focusing on planning, engagement, implementation, feature adoption, and measurement.
  • Contribute to product improvement through user feedback.
  • Assist in planning, scoping, and prioritizing future success projects to meet platform goals.
  • Collaborate with management to share client insights.
  • Support the design and evolution of client success operations to promote product adoption and stakeholder engagement.
  • Contribute to the client success roadmap aligned with each solution’s business goals.
Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, for direct client interactions.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong team player with outstanding customer service skills and self-motivation.
  • Ability to work independently within a team to address diverse client issues.
  • Great listening skills, with the ability to stay calm and helpful.
  • Sense of urgency, ambition, and drive to complete tasks and projects.
  • Desire and ability to increase knowledge continually.
  • Experience in developing or contributing to client success functions or departments.
  • Ability to take full responsibility for the client success function for assigned clients.
  • Ability to understand client concerns deeply and troubleshoot effectively.
  • Skill in creating and maintaining end-user product documentation.
