The Client Success Representative will be primarily responsible for delivering best-in-class support to a rapidly growing set of university partners. This role involves accelerating product adoption by external clients, mainly within athletic departments, and shaping the strategic vision of our solutions by representing the end user's voice.
This client-facing role interacts with both internal and external users. The Client Success Representative will report to the Client Success Manager.
