Job summary

Wolters Kluwer CT Corporation is seeking a Client Service Representative to manage renewals, issue invoices, and maintain license portfolios for business customers nationwide. You will coordinate with teammates, apply strong organizational skills daily, and support renewals in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in banking, insurance, or legal industries is a plus. Ideal candidates have 1+ year of B2B service experience, a Bachelor's degree (preferred), and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year B2B client/customer service experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, not required.
• Ability to absorb product knowledge quickly and apply to client needs.
• Able to make sound business decisions and exercise discretion and judgment.
• Experience generating add-on sales revenue preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Compiling and submitting all assigned customers renewals.
• Researching any rejected renewals and corrections needed.
• Issuing monthly invoices.
• Building Pre-Filing summaries.
• Communicating with coworkers to ensure overall management of assigned customers license portfolios.
• Subject matter expert of the department, company and industry.
