Qualifications

• Two years minimum in warranty administration or related service coordination.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with CRM and MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for homeowners, builders, developers, and subcontractors.
• Deliver a responsive, professional customer experience.
• Handle concerns and escalations with empathy.
• Manage warranty claims from intake to closure.
• Coordinate communication among homeowners, builders, and trade partners.
