Qualifications

• 5+ years in consultative inside sales, business development, account management, customer success, or similar.
• Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and multiple customer projects with organization and follow-through.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication for C-level interactions.
• Comfort learning technical services and translating complex information for customers.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM, and QuickBooks or equivalent invoicing tools.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound web and phone inquiries as the initial contact.
• Use consultative discovery to understand customer goals, timing, questions, and reasons for seeking services.
• Recommend appropriate testing and labeling services within guidelines, involving technical experts when needed.
• Prepare, present, and follow up on quotes or proposals; guide opportunities to decision.
• Maintain ownership of customer relationships from inquiry through project completion and future work.
• Meet team goals for responsiveness, follow-up, revenue, and customer experience.
• Oversee laboratory projects from submission to final report delivery.
• Coordinate with internal experts on questions about projects, reports, or invoices.
• Document conversations in HubSpot and maintain accurate project statuses in Monday.com.
