Points North is hiring a Software Quality & Support Specialist to assist customers, investigate issues, and validate new features before release. You will switch between customer conversations and test planning, ensuring functionality and data integrity across ACA Reporter, Who’s Where, and Attendance Advisor.

You will document incidents, reproduce defects with clarity, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to drive improvements and a consistent user experience.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in software support, technical customer service, software quality assurance, or a similar role.
• Ability to troubleshoot software issues methodically and explain technical information to non-technical users.
• Experience documenting support cases, defects, test cases, or process instructions with accuracy and clarity.

• Provide frontline, client-facing software support for ACA Reporter, Who’s Where, and Attendance Advisor.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and user acceptance testing across supported product lines.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable input for product planning and quality improvements.
