SpeedPro Apex in Apex, NC is seeking a Customer Service & Project Coordinator to be the welcoming face between clients and our production team. You will listen to client needs, guide them to the right materials, and manage orders from inquiry to final pickup or delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, account management, or office coordination.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with client-facing skills.
• Strong numerical ability for pricing calculations and measurements.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Frontline client care via phone, email, and in-person.
• Consult with clients to understand vision and substrate options, recommending products.
• Build lasting relationships with existing accounts.
• Estimate costs and enter detailed job specs into the studio system.
• Coordinate workflow with production and design teams to meet deadlines.
• Track projects in CRM and provide proactive order updates to clients.
• Coordinate vendors and shipping, notifying clients when ready for pickup.
• Represent SpeedPro positively at local business events.
