Qualifications

• Hands-on experience operating wide-format printers, laminators, and plotters in a print, sign, or graphics environment.
• Strong eye for color, alignment, and quality control.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear verbal and written communication; works well in a collaborative team setting.

Responsibilities

• Print & Equipment Operation: Operate, monitor, and perform routine maintenance on wide-format inkjet printers, plotters, and laminators.
• Graphic Finishing: Mounting, laminating, trimming, cutting, and grommeting finished graphics.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect finished products to meet quality standards before delivery or installation.
• Inventory & Order Prep: Package finished jobs, update order statuses, log inventory levels for inks, vinyl, and media.
• Shop Upkeep: Maintain a safe, clean production area.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate with design, sales, and install teams to keep projects on schedule.
